I have not been eating well, I lost my appetite. I am worry that I am losing more weight and that makes lose more because I am worry. I don't know what to do

  • ok im no doctor, and im not anxious.

    but why not choose the best and more complicated recipe on the net, buy all the stuff and make food for an entire day. its relaxing and its fun. and people will love your dish.

    i know its not a solution for long term, but might be fun. and might take your head off whatever you worry about everyday.

  • Speak to a GP. Weight loss as a cause and side effect of anxiety can be tackled by treating one or the other, but your GP will be able to recommend the best way to help you cope with your anxiety and/or your weight loss.
