We're all one people. What hurts one of us, hurts us all.

The word "xxxxxx" harkens back to the time of the apartheid, to when it was used in a derogatory way to refer to a people that were regarded and accepted as being lesser humans, more animal than the "civilised" white men were. That concept, that very idea, is repugnant and disgusts all right thinking people. It's not surprising that you are offended by a word that is a harsh hangover of those times and those ideas. True, it's nothing directly to do with you, but neither's the situation in guantanamo bay and you're still entitled to be offended about that.
