Ha. I am the only one that does not cheat in my classes. I do use online resources for a particualr home assignments but not more. Get eyes, open your heart and stop judging.

When people say I don't have standards, or have only "cheated myself out of becoming a stronger, better person" over something so dumb, yes I get defensive. I am very bothered by people who follow rules for the sake of rules and who don't see the dire flaws of the public education system. And if you would read what I actualy said instead of just the tone with which I said it, you would get why I am so defensive. Oh right, because since I never memorized the standard formula for parabolas and hyperbolas in math, I will clearly fail at life. And obviously the only place ANYONE can EVER gain knowledge or strength is when they are being force fed out of a text book. You're right. Those "standards" those kinds of black-and-white, scorable, quantitative, mass calculated measures and examinations you call standards, have no integrity, honor, or validation to me whatsoever, so I am not going to play by those values. Other people see it as important, good grades are a tool, so I want them. But there is no sense of honor to me in memorizing a textbook on something completely irrelevant so that a lazy, inadequate teacher will give me a grade "I deserve". I cheat.
