I have a phobia of calling people on the phone. I need to talk to them for business or whatever reason, but I am terrified too, even when its not something hard to talk about.

i always write down some notes of what i need to say before i make a call... no matter who it's to or what it's about. it helps a little bit, at least i remember to say the things i need to say.by anonymous at

I don't enjoy doing that either. But what makes me do it is that I think about all the hopes I have. If I don't make those phone calls I will never know what could happen. and by not calling I am killing my chances. Something else that prepares me for a phone call is to practice a bit before calling. as silly as it sounds, when you have an idea of what you have to say it goes better or at least it gives you the courage to make the call.by anonymous at
