On a very shallow, superficial level-I'm not really sure what my boyfriend sees in me. I think I'm a good person with a big heart but I always have to roll my eyes when he talks about how sexy I look. I'm confident, I don't have low self-esteem, and I'm not pitying myself, I'm just honest and I don't think I'm sexy. I'm glad he sees it though, even if never do.

I'm definitely in the same boat as you. I too am confident in myself and happy with where I'm at, it's just that I don't think that where I'm at is as good as my boyfriend claims. The important thing though is that he sees it. And he's dated some pretty girls before, so sometimes I begin to half hope that he may even be right. Don't do that. Knocking back a guy's compliment is hurtful to him. He likes to feel that he's telling you *what he perceives as being the truth*. To make you feel the way that he feels about you. To roll your eye is frankly rude and unkind. Smile sweetly, thank him, and give him a soft kiss on the cheek. Why? Because he loves it.
