My ex girlfriend cheated on me, said she hated me, and that it was my fault.
I had done nothing wrong, so why do i feel so destroyed while shes completely fine without me in her life.

Just so you know, this is what women do and how they work. And before you ladies start bashing away, yes I do know how you think. Went through the girlfriends, was married and took years of Psychology trying to understand. Like Y said, just a bunch of drama.by anonymous at

You're right to be angry - no one should treat anyone else like that - it's despicable.
1. Remeber that it is not your fault. Girls who do this usually try to shift the blame onto the blameless to try to offset their own guilt. Don't let her play that trick on you.
2. Give yourself time and space to recover. Don't answer her calls, don't reply to her emails, don't reply to her texts, don't look at her facebook.
3. Talk to friends. I know it's tough for guys to do - but cry on a friend's shoulder, go and get a hug from someone else. This is a great opportunity to reach out to your friends.
4. Remember that you are blameless. You did nothing wrong. She craves chaos and drama and where she can't find it she'll create it (as here).
I really hope this helps. I feel really sorry for you. You did not deserve this: no one does.by Y at -
