So, for the first time since 2012 I washed my hair with shampoo and conditioner. I just couldn't take the whole "no shampoo" thing tonight. I couldn't even comb through my hair properly with all the grease. Definitely need some baking soda. It was just one break, just one.

Watching the news about a family saved from co2 poisoning from a generator they hadn't properly ventilated:
