gahh ok so i'm an athlete i weigh 10 and a half stone, am 5ft7 and wear a UK size 12 averagely, and according to something i just read I am obese and unhealthy.
Im sorry but this has just got me wound up. I'm healthy, exercise 6 days a week, eat sensibly, don't drink, don't smoke, don't do drugs yet I am apparently obese and unhealthy and have to change my lifestyle.

OfCourse, I've been there. I was in a terrible place, just like you sound to be. Unfortunately I didn't feel like I could talk to an adult like #Silent says, but I wish I had.

Actually I have a thyroid condition that makes loosing anything very difficult. I still eat three meals a day, and I get enough nutrients, my doctor gave me a meal plan type thing to follow in order to do this the healthy way, I am also continuing to exercise regularly.
